Sub grade into Butyl Reclaim Rubber & Whole Tire Reclaim Rubber.
Production Capacity
Butyl Reclaim Rubber: 350 metric ton per month
Tire Reclaim Rubber: 250 metric ton per month
All grades total capacity of the plant is approx. 600 Metric Ton per month.
Licences and Certifications
Having special Importing license for restricted items, butyl tube scrap as well used tyres for making rubber crumb resulting 15% costing reduction in production and can compete into market. Moreover, Government of India recognized - Export House
Certifications available are ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2009. Butyl Reclaim Rubber is free of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) and N-Nitrosamines.
